Our Fulfillment & Logistics Partners

FASTICAL works with independent, industry-leading 3PL and fulfillment providers. Both FASTICAL and our partners are independent operators. We do not use—and cannot use—our partners' suppliers or any data related to our partners' clients. Legal documents are in place to protect both FASTICAL and our partners' clients as independent operations.

Independence & Legal Separation

FASTICAL and our fulfillment partners (including PrepVia) are independent operators. FASTICAL does not and cannot use our partners' suppliers or any data related to our partners' clients. We have no access to partner client lists, supplier relationships, or confidential partner data.

Legal documents are in place to protect both FASTICAL clients and our partners' clients. These agreements ensure clear separation of operations, data, and supplier relationships—so that every client is protected and both businesses operate independently.

PrepVia

Among our fulfillment partners is PrepVia, an automation-first 3PL and Amazon SPN Certified Partner. Through our partnership, FASTICAL is able to offer wholesale clients access to high-capacity, reliable fulfillment. PrepVia operates independently and serves all of its clients with the same commitment to quality and performance. FASTICAL does not use and cannot use PrepVia's suppliers or any data related to PrepVia clients; both companies are independent operators, with legal documents in place to protect both FASTICAL and PrepVia clients as independents.

Our partners are selected for their capability and standards. They remain independent operators; we do not direct or control their operations, their supplier relationships, or their relationships with their own clients.

If you are a client of one of our partners: our partner relationships are strictly commercial. Your supplier operates independently. FASTICAL does not have access to your data or your supplier relationships. Your service, pricing, and supply are governed by your direct agreement with your supplier—not by FASTICAL. Legal agreements protect both FASTICAL and our partners' clients as independent operations.
